A sprawling series of convention halls in The Waterlily. Now ransacked, overgrown and abandoned.
It's unclear what its original purpose was or what types of meetings may have been held here in the past.
The far west side of the building is blown open by a giant gaping hole in the ceiling and wall, moonlight bathing the interior through broken stained glass panes.
